"Big Sis, look! These two are just like us," said the 5 to 6-year-old girl, smiling happily as she pointed towards a pair of lilies and rose flowers in bloom.
"But my Rose isn't prickly," 8-year-old Lily replied, squeezing her cheeks with Rose.
*
"Big Sis, when I grow up, I'll protect you forever," declared 6 to 7-year-old Rose haughtily, standing on top of the sofa with a cloak floating behind her, mimicking a superhero.
"Should I marry you, my dear Rose?" asked 9-year-old Lily, her eyes sparkling with stars.
"No." Rose rejected her at the speed of light.
"Gah." Lily dramatically clutched her left side of the chest, acting as if in pain.
*
"Big Sis, please don't leave me alone. I'm scared," pleaded 7 to 8-year-old Rose, lying on a bed, looking sick with tears in her eyes, and pleading to her big sis.
"Don't worry, Rose. I'll be with you until you leave me," reassured 10-year-old Lily, sitting beside the bed where Rose lay.
*
"Big Sis, please make sure to visit me on every holiday and call me every day, okay?" pleaded 14-year-old Rose, tears streaming down her face as she embraced another girl who looked similar to her.
"Mmm, I will, Rose," Lily replied with tears in her eyes.
*
"AAAAHHHH!"
BOOM
The 14-year-old Rose, tied down on an altar, screamed in pain. Suddenly, her body bloated a bit and exploded like a bomb.
"Rose..."

Crimson Palace
In an opulent room adorned with a study desk and a bookshelf filled with books, Lily is surrounded by a blood-red haze, floating just a meter above the red carpet on the floor.
Not far from her, two men stand, bearing a resemblance with their red hair and eyes. However, one appears younger than the other.
"Her condition is reminiscent of your fifth sister," Welsh spoke suddenly, his gaze fixed on Lily's transformation into a True Vampire.
"You mean, a Vampiric Human?" Reed responded, raising his right eyebrow as he also glanced at Lily.
"Yes, her mother is a Vampiric Human, and through our union, she was born. Initially, I believed that the copulation between a human and a vampire would not result in offspring. However, I later discovered that vampiric humans are distinct. Now, with this, it further confirms that vampiric humans are truly unique; possessing the physique of vampires, yet remaining fundamentally human."
"I suppose, with this, the issue of extinction is temporarily resolved."
Suddenly, the haze surrounding Lily began to dissipate, eventually entering her body. Subsequently, her unconscious form slowly yielded to gravity. Just before she could fall any further, Reed took her into his arms, gazing at her unchanged appearance.
"I don't care if you're attached to her or not. Just make sure not to make Emilia sad," Welsh spoke coldly after witnessing Reed taking Lily into his arms.
"Father, I didn't know you could joke. Do not worry; I won't ever get attached to her or anyone. I don't want a weakness, especially a time bomb like her. And please, do not utter that woman's name. If not for her being my fiancée, I would never be associated with her," Reed replied coldly, casting an angry gaze at his father.
"Well, then, you two are a match made in the abyss after all. Just like her, you also whore around every day," Welsh smirked, taking his seat by the desk.
"Continue the experiment. If we aren't getting any results from normal humans, then don't bother with them anymore. Also, ask Mathew to continue modifying the circle to transform vampiric humans into vampires directly. Additionally, ensure that he modifies it to prevent another incident like this with the girl named Rose from happening again. After all, Vampiric Humans are rare."
Upon hearing Welsh's command, Reed bowed and exited the room.
*
"Your Highness, the portal is ready. You may proceed to the Neu City base."
Upon hearing the man in the coat's words, Reed nodded and entered the artificial portal.
After crossing to the other side, Reed found himself in a large room filled with many individuals, all pointing their blades towards him. On the ground lay many unconscious bodies of his slaves.
"Surrender yourself, oh eighth prince of vampires," a voice suddenly echoed in front of Reed. Upon looking, he found a man with red hair and eyes, staring at him with coldness.
After glancing around for a moment, Reed remarked, "Such an honor it is to see that the dog of Veridis has personally come here to catch me."
"Well, you should feel honored; after all, that is your level."
"Tsk, as sharp-tongued as always, isn't it right, Dog?"
"Why, I had such a good teacher to teach me, so I will learn things, don't you think so, teach~?"
"Tsk, tsk, tsk. Well, you leave me no choice except to teach you how to talk, my son."
Upon hearing Reed calling him son, the man from the Veridis Family gritted his teeth in wrath and glared at him.
"Wh- Urk"
Suddenly, a humongous pressure descended on Reed and Lily, pressing them to the ground.
With the pressure came a beautiful woman with long black hair tied in a ponytail, gazing at Reed with her golden eyes indifferently.
As the pressure focused on Lily and Reed, Lily's body started leaking blood from her mouth, nose, ears, and eyes, while Reed himself experienced pain from his broken bones.
"Ugh Ahh AAAAHHHH AAhhhhHH-" Suddenly, Lily screamed in pain and fell silent in an instant.
"Urk Blarghh." The moment Lily fell silent, Reed suddenly vomited blood, experiencing backlash from his severed connection with Lily, who died after her soul was destroyed.
"Hmm? She was your slave? A vampire making another vampire a slave?" Suddenly, a charming voice emerged, instantly enlivening the mood of whoever got the chance to hear her voice, irrespective of ally or foe.
Without so much as an indication, an extremely beautiful woman with purple hair and eyes appeared next to the golden-eyed beauty, easily overshadowing her and causing everyone's eyes to focus solely on her.
"Ama, did you just destroy her soul?" asked the golden-eyed beauty to the other woman.
"Hmm? Yes, I did. Why? Was I not supposed to do that?" Ama asked, looking around, not even caring about what she did.
"Sigh~ I suppose it doesn't matter as long as this man is alive." She sighed in resignation, ignoring Ama's actions. After all, who would scold the woman who is the wife of the leader of humans?
"Ah~ finally, I have a body." Suddenly, a voice sounded, and with it, except for the two beautiful women, everyone else couldn't move an inch.
Upon locating the source of the voice, 'Lily' was found standing, not even frowning from the damage done to her body.
She looked towards Ama and said, "Thanks for destroying Lily's soul directly and not damaging her body more than necessary."
Without waiting for them to come out of their shocked state, she created a red magic circle and pointed it at Reed.
With her words, a ball of white flames shot instantly at Reed, incinerating him to ashes and killing him instantly.
"What-? How are you alive?" came a loud voice filled with excitement the moment Reed was burned to ashes.
"Hmm? Because I am not the one whom you just killed right now."
"Ah, silly me, you did say that you finally have a body. Then what are you? And why can't I see your soul?"
"Wait, what? You cannot see her soul, Ama?" Suddenly, the golden-eyed beauty exclaimed loudly and looked at Ama in shock.
"Nope, I can't. There are only two situations: one is that she is using an artifact to hide her soul, and s-"
"It's because my soul is stronger than yours, and I am using my soul essence continuously to hide my soul from your eyes." Interrupting Ama, the girl replied calmly while standing in front of the portal, pointing her arms in the direction of the far-off window.
"Hmm? You know about my eyes?" Ama asked in shock, with her hands in front of her mouth.
"Well, yes, I do know. And why did you presume that no one would know about your eyes?" she said, finally lowering her hands.
"Well, thanks for not interrupting me from tweaking with the device a bit."
"Ah, don't worry, after all, you have already bribed me." Ama waved her hand dismissively.
After looking at Ama one more time, the girl entered the portal and vanished from their sight.
"What was that, Ama? Why did you stop me from doing anything?" The moment 'Lily' vanished, the golden-eyed beauty asked loudly in confusion.
"First, we wouldn't have won against her. Second, she gave me proof regarding the collaboration of Aroa, Ethos, and Navio Academies with vampires, as well as the betrayal of Dusk and Devor families." Ama replied calmly.
"Huh? Proof? How does she know about it? And how does she know that we needed it as well?"
"I don't know, she just asked me telepathically to let her go in exchange, as even if we were to fight, we wouldn't have been able to catch her-"
BOOM
Suddenly, the room where 'Lily' pointed her hand got blasted, destroying everything and causing the portals to turn off. The data regarding the coordinates where she disappeared to was also destroyed.
"She is thorough, don't you think she is interesting?" Suddenly, Ama smiled charmingly and vanished without a trace.
"I don't know about that." After saying so, the golden-eyed beauty vanished as well.

"Sigh~ Close all windows." With her order, all the open windows vanished from her sight.
"I just hope the system doesn't give me too tough a quest." After saying so, Elysia took a step forward and entered the white portal, taking her to the Hidden Dungeon.

A/N:
Artificial Portals are portals created by mankind, enabling instantaneous space travel. However, due to current technological limitations, time-based travel remains impossible, preventing artificial portals from replicating the functionality of natural portals—a primary goal of mankind.
These portals serve two main purposes: traversing distances and accessing artificially created dungeons.
For designated teleportation, users must input the precise output location; otherwise, the teleportation will be random. It is crucial to ensure that the device maintaining the Artificial Portal remains undamaged; otherwise, teleportation may become random around the designated location or pose the risk of an individual getting lost in space.
