"Why is it not moving?" Jaffery asked in a low insidious voice, he didn't expect anyone to answer him because both him and Happiness were staring at the same direction which was not where the bird was but Happiness then answered him with the same trembling voice.
"It is staring at something else, something that we can never contend with... For the time being at least." Happiness answered which almost made Jaffery's heart to leap out of his chest, now, he was not even afraid of the thing behind them but he was afraid of Happiness.
How did she knew that the beast was staring at somewhere else and not them or how did she knew that it was staring at something that was even more dangerous! They were all staring at the same direction, how did she knew?
