Rahua's POV
In a few days left for the Coronation, and I will finally see my family, be with them.
As my etiquette lessons continued, Lady Vilahna also taught me about proper attire and fashion choices. I learned about different types of formal and informal wear, as well as how to coordinate accessories and make-up.
"Appearances matter in high society," Lady Vilahna explained, "You must always make sure to dress appropriately for the occasion and be aware of the current fashion trends."
I make sure to make mental notes, realizing that my simple and practical wardrobe would need some updates for the social events I would soon be attending. Specially Damion's upcoming coronation.
"I wonder if something interesting must have happened." I change the subject, Lady Vilahna seems to be in high spirits.
"Lord.... *Cleans throat* Ceaser has been coming to visit me, he has asked my father permission..." I hear her talking and my mind gets totally focused at the new juicy subject. "to court me."
My heart skipped a beat, Lady Vilahna and Lord Ceaser will be having a romance life.
"Please tell me everything." I say my voice sounding as if I was possessed, I couldn't contain my excitement.
Lady Vilahna blushed slightly, a smile playing on her lips as she began to recount the moment Lord Ceaser declare his love for her.
Ohhh, how I wanted to be a fly at that moment as they embrace themselves, as he says the words, I would love to have witnessed first hand.
She spoke of their walks in the gardens, their deep conversations while sitting down by the fountain and the stolen kisses they shared when no one was looking.
I was flying high, my imagination was over the roof. I was holding back my excitement.
"Thank you Rahua." Lady Vilahna says.
"I don't understand, I haven't done anything." I was confused as to why was Lady Vilahna thanking me.
"Well, you have done plenty. I am sure I wouldn't be in this situation if it wasn't for our first meeting."
I remember that meeting, I thought I was going to end up in jail for the rest of my short life.
I chuckle remembering all we went through because of her love for Lord Ceaser.
"Vilahna, the merit is all yours if you didn't decide to change, there wouldn't be much I could have done." I say.
We reminisce about the all that we went through and laugh all the bad things that happend to us.
"Oh, there has been quite a lot of buzz surrounding the upcoming coronation," Lady Vilahna replied with a knowing smile. "Many nobles are preparing for the grand event, and there are sure to be some surprises in store."
I felt a mixture of excitement and nervousness at the thought of attending such a prestigious event. It would be my first time stepping into the world of high society, as a member to be recognised, and I had a lot to learn about the expectations and protocols.
But despite my nerves, I couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation. This coronation was not just about celebrating Damion's ascension to the throne, but also making official our engagement.
As the days passed, I found myself growing more and more eager for the coronation. I was ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead, knowing that I had the support and guidance of Lady Vilahna by my side.
And as the day of the coronation finally arrived, I stood before the mirror, dressed in a stunning gown and adorned with jewels. I took a deep breath, ready to face whatever the day may bring.
As I stare myself in the mirror, I can't help but to remember the last time I was in such attire, I ended up in a center of intrigue between the main Villain and Damion.
I hear a knock on my door, there's never maids around wherever someone knocks on my door.
I chuckle, because when they are around I feel annoyed and send them away, because they keep doing everything for me.
I walk in the door direction as I open the door, I feel the breeze going through my face. There was noone there, I instinctively looked behind my back.
There he was the man, the man with in Cloak.
I felt my body freeze, how did he get passed security, and the knights, and again through me?
