Liam's POV
"Oh, yeah, I had forgotten about it totally," She said, biting her tongue while looking at me with a sheepish smile, "Wait a minute, I will just go and fetch the files." She left the room saying that.
Originally she was supposed to give all that information a week ago. However, last week, she said she needed some more time. I wasn't much thrilled hearing that as I was hoping to know more about that woman. If I wanted to take revenge on that woman, I had to be fully prepared.
Amelia probably wouldn't want to me all that. She would rather want to stay away from that woman. But I needed to know, that woman abused Amelia and made her life miserable. Because of her, she had hardly any good memories of her childhood.
Even because of I was able to think about my own childhood. Even though, I didn't agree with what Amelia said about my childhood, I did felt she was right somewhere. It was just me who wasn't willing to accept the truth.
