When Ye Feng was teleported from the Azure Fang pagoda, all the students were shocked when they saw the state that Ye Feng was in.
Even Ye Long couldn't believe his eyes when he saw how badly injured and how bloody Ye Feng was. He yelled out loudly in worry towards Ye Feng, "fifth brother."
All the students turned towards Ye Long when he yelled, and they were surprised to know that Ye Feng was Ye Long's brother.
Ye Long quickly rushed towards his brother as fast as he could, ignoring all the surprise looks the students were giving him, but before he could reach his brother, the academy staff picked Ye Feng up from the ground and took him to the academy medical bay as quickly as possible.

In The Academy medical bay
Ye Feng, The long blue-haired student and the burly spikey-red-haired student were being attended by six radiant saint masters.
The radiant saint masters were healing the three injured students by releasing white, milky light at them from their palms. The milky white light that the radiant saint masters were releasing was closing the students injuries at a fast rate.
The brown-bearded middle-aged man who was overseeing the freshmen competition entered the medical bay and saw the six radiant saint masters healing the students. He asked them, "How are they?".
One of the Radiant Saint masters looked at the brown-bearded middle-aged man and answered, "You don't have to worry about those kids; they will be alright after we are done healing them."
The brown-bearded middle-aged man sighed in relief and nodded. "Alright, thanks for your help. I just need to collect their formation stones to give to the headmaster so he can watch the recording."
One of the radiant saint masters took the formation stones from the three students pockets and gave them to the brown-bearded middle-aged man. The brown-bearded middle-aged man then took the formation stones and left the medical bay.

Azure Dragon eye tower
The brown-bearded middle-aged man entered the Azure Dragon Eye Tower to go to the academy headmaster office. When he arrived in front of the headmaster's office door, he knocked on the door. He then heard the academy master's voice saying, "Enter."
The brown-bearded middle-aged man entered the office, and he cupped his fist. "Master, the freshmen competition just finished, and I brought the formation stones to you. I have great news: this time, master, one of the new students was able to reach the second level of the pagoda.
The academy master's eyes widened at the news, and then he smiled widely. "Good, very good. Hahahahaha. Well done. Hand me the formation stone of this student. First, I want to see his performance before I go through the other students performances.
The brown-bearded middle-aged man gave Ye Feng's formation stone to the academy master first, then handed him a space ring that contained the other students formation stones.
The academy master then waved his hand and said, "You can leave now, Cheng." Cheng cupped his fist and left the academy master office.
The academy master placed Ye Feng's formation stone on his forehead, and then he closed his eyes. The formation on the stone shone brightly, and the academy master started seeing Ye Feng fight against the puppets.
The academy master was impressed with Ye Feng's talent and fighting spirit. He saw Ye Feng's rapid improvement the longer he fought, and then he murmured to himself, "This kid is a genius.".
Suddenly, the academy master was shocked when he saw the light in Ye Feng's eyes dimmed and he fought the puppet like he was possessed when he was in the second level.
"What's going on? What happened to the kid?" Then he saw Ye Feng stabbing the puppet in the forehead. He was surprised. "Is that sword Qi, but how? In order to use a sword QI, you need to use a saint weapon. This is really getting confusing.".
After finishing watching Ye Feng fight against the puppets in the pagoda, he stored the formation stone in his space ring. Then he stood up and sighed, "I need to see the teacher and show him this kid's performance in the pagoda to clarify my misunderstanding.".
The academy master walked to the right wall in his office and pressed his palm on the wall. A circular-shaped formation glowed on the wall.
The wall then split open in half, and stairs leading downward appeared in front of him.
The academy master started going downward by using stairs while his palm burst into a small flame, lighting the path in front of him as he continued going downward. After a few moments, the wall behind him closed up.
When the academy master reached the end of the stairs, he was in front of a lake. He went down on one knee and said, "Disciple, greet teacher. This disciple is confused about something, and I hope the teacher will be willing to enlighten this disciple.".
A glowing white orb that was at the bottom of the lake suddenly flew upward with incredible speed after the academy headmaster finished his speech.
The glowing orb shot out from the lake. Then the glowing orb started floating in the air above the lake.
The glowing orb then started changing its shape and transformed into an old man with a long grey beard and long grey hair. The old man's face was filled with wrinkles; he looked transparent and was glowing just like how the white orb was glowing. He looked at the headmaster with displeasure and said to him, "Chen, it is better to be important than I was cultivating."
Chen smiled at his master. "I apologise, teacher, but I am confused about something. Please have a look."
He placed Ye Feng's formation stone on the ground in front of his master. The master raised his eyebrow and sighed in displeasure, but he nodded to Chen.
The formation stone floated in the air without either of them making any move, and it touched Chen's master's transparent forehead. Chen's master watched Ye Feng's fight in the pagoda, and his eyes widened in surprise when he saw the light in Ye Feng's eyes dimmed, and then he laughed loudly, "HAHAHAHAHA, to think I will witness someone this lucky to enter one of the spirit worlds with such low cultivation, this is really unexpected.".
Chen was confused and asked, "Spirit worlds? What are you talking about, teacher?"
Chen's master looked at his disciple and started explaining, "I read in an ancient record in the past that every Dao has its own spirit world; some Daos even have more than one spirit world, but to be able to enter the spirit world of any Dao, you need to have a pure heart towards the Dao you are chasing; you also need to be faithful towards the Dao and have a great amount of luck too.
According to the ancient records, many cultivators who had a pure heart towards the Dao and were faithful towards the Dao failed to enter the spirit world of the Dao they were chasing after because they didn't have the good fortune to enter the spirit world.".
Chen's eyes widened in shock, and he asked in a trembling voice, "You mean this kid?" Chen's master smirked, "No doubt about it, he entered one of the sword spirit worlds. I am really curious to know which sword world spirit he ended up entering."
Chen was also curious but decided to ask a question: "Teacher, why are these spirit worlds so impressive? Is it because they are recorded in ancient records?"
Chen master sighed and answered, "No, you see, whoever was able to access one of the spirit worlds, these cultivators will be able to reach at least the saint emperor realm and possibly could reach the legendary realm, the origin realm."
Chen was surprised and stunned and asked, "How is this possible?" Chen's master chuckles, "To answer your question is very simple: you see the spirit worlds are full of spirit energy and natural resources the deeper you venture into the spirit world.".
Chen was surprised, and he couldn't help but envy Ye Feng. Then he asked another question: "Teacher, I noticed the kid used sword Qi, but how is it possible he didn't use a saint weapon when fighting the puppets in the pagoda?"
Chen master smiled at the question, "Remember this, Chen, a sword cultivator can use a simple wooden stick as a sword or saint weapon. A true sword cultivator doesn't need a saint weapon to produce a sword Qi; he or she can generate a sword Qi from a simple wooden sword if they want to. The kid just touched upon the path of sword cultivation unconsciously, and he used sword Qi without noticing when he fought that puppet.".
Chen's master then said to Chen, "Chen, I want you to give this kid the Azure Heart Sutra Sword Art.".
Chen's eyes widened at his master. "Are you sure, teacher?" Chen's master nodded. "Just do what I tell you; don't argue with me, and I want to meet the kid.".
Chen nodded his head and went back to his office to do what he was instructed to do by his master.

Ye Long was waiting outside the medical bay for Ye Feng; he was worried, and his two friends were next to him. After two hours, Ye Feng walked out of the medical bay all healed up.
When Ye Long saw him, he smiled widely and said, "Fifth brother, you are alright." Ye Feng smiled at his brother and his brother's friends and chuckled at them. "First, brother, yeah, I am alright. The puppets in the pagoda were really tough to deal with." Ye Long nodded. "Yes, but you should be proud of yourself. You reached the second level, which is a rare achievement. In the history of our academy, only twice were freshmen able to reach the second level of the pagoda."
When Ye Feng heard this, he was stunned. He never thought reaching the second level of the pagoda was such a big deal. They chatted for some time as they walked to their own dwellings. Later, they bid farewell to each other, and they headed to their own dwelling.
After entering his room, Ye Feng sat in a lotus position and closed his eyes. After a few moments, he opened his eyes widely in shock. "What the hell? I can breakthrough into the saint-master realm at any time. I only need to absorb a little more energy to breakthrough; how is this possible?"

The brown-bearded middle-aged man who was the one who oversaw the freshmen competition yesterday entered the classroom. He then faked a cough and said, "Greetings to all of you for this month. I will be the main instructor. My name is Li Chang. You can call me teacher Li. Today I will be talking about how to condense a saint's weapons. Those who have already condensed their saint weapons, I advise you to leave because there will be no point for you to attend this class; you have already succeeded in condensing your saint weapon.".
Half of the students in the classroom left, and after they left, Li started his class. "When condensing a saint weapon, it is preferred to choose a weapon you are familiar with and that is suited to you because people are suited to different weapons. After the students left, teacher Li said to them, "Follow me; we are going to meet the academy headmaster." The trio were surprised and nodded their heads. They then followed teacher Li towards the Azure Dragon Eye Tower.

The trio of students and teacher Li arrived in front of the academy headmaster office. Teacher Li knocked on the door, and Chen said, "Come in."
They entered the headmaster office. Chen smiled at them and greeted them, "Welcome. I am impressed by your performance in the freshman competition. Now allow me to give you your rewards."
He waved his hand on his space ring, and three monster cores with different sizes appeared on the academy master desk.
The three monster cores looked like pink orbs, and the orbs were in different sizes. The headmaster then said, "Alright, first, Fu, please step forward."
The spikey, red-haired burly boy stepped forward, and Chen handed him the smallest monster core and said to him, "You did very well in the pagoda. I am sure everyone in your village will be very proud of you."
Fu gave a big smile to Chen and cupped his first "Thank you, headmaster. I promise to work harder and get stronger." Chen nodded in satisfaction, and then Fu returned and stood next to Ye Feng after he pocketed the monster core he just received in his pocket.
Chen then called for Zhang Wei and smiled at him. The long, blue-haired boy cupped his fist after he stepped forward. He gave him the second-rank monster core and said, "This is your prize. Strive to improve more. I am sure you will grow much stronger in the future." Zhang Wei nodded and stored the monster core in his space belt.
Chen then looked intently at Ye Feng and gave a soft smile. "Ye Feng, please step forward." Ye Feng stepped forward and cupped his fist. Chen then said with a smile on his face, "You are the champion of the freshman competition. You performed incredibly well, and I proudly give you this." Chen gave Ye Feng a rank-three monster core and a badge with his name on it; an Azure Dragon picture was also imprinted on the badge.
Ye Feng took his prizes and stored them inside his space belt, then cupped his fist at Chen. He then stood next to Fu and Zhang Wei. Zhang Wei narrowed his eyes at Ye Feng. Chen then stood from his seat and said, "I expect great things from all of you; cultivate diligently; now you all are dismissed except for Ye Feng.".
The two students and teacher Li cupped their fists and left the office. After they left, Chen chuckled when he saw Ye Feng standing nervously in front of him. "Relax, Ye Feng; the reason I asked you to stay behind is because my teacher wanted to talk to you." Ye Feng was surprised but nodded. After one second, a bright white orb suddenly appeared out of nowhere. It then transformed into the old man.
The old man smiled at Ye Feng, who was looking at him with wide eyes in surprise, and Chen quickly cupped his fist and said, "Teacher disciple, greet you." The old man nodded to Chen quickly, and Ye Feng cupped his fist in greeting. The old man kept smiling at Ye Feng; he noticed his nervousness and said, "Child, you don't need to be nervous; the reason I wanted to meet you is to ask you a question."
Ye Feng was curious and asked, "Senior, what do you want to ask?" The old man smiled and said, "When you were fighting the puppets in the pagoda, didn't you find yourself in a strange land all of a sudden?" Ye Feng was shocked, and he took a deep breath to calm himself and asked, "Senior, how did you know?"
The old man smirked. "Child, I read many ancient books and ancient records, and when I saw how the light in your eyes dimmed when Chen gave me the formation stone, I was certain you entered one of the spirit worlds."
Ye Feng was confused and asked, "Spirit worlds?" The old man nodded seriously. "The Daos had many spirit worlds available for cultivators to enter. However, it is very rare for cultivators to enter these worlds. In order to enter any of these spirit worlds, a cultivator will need to be faithful to a Dao and have a pure heart when chasing a particular Dao. You also need to be incredibly lucky. I would like you to describe to me the spirit world you entered.".
Ye Feng nodded and started describing the crimson, desolate land he entered and his fight with the black-robed person. Chen and the old man were quiet, and the old man's eyes shone in amazement as he said, "Child, you have entered the Asura sword world."
Ye Feng asked, "Asura Sword World?" The old man nodded. "The way you described the world you entered and the black-robed man you fought matches the description of one of the sword spirit worlds that I read about in one of the ancient records, the Asura sword world."
Ye Feng was surprised, but the old man continued, "The Asura sword world will help you tremendously in your cultivation in the future. Tell me, didn't you notice that your cultivation increased?"
Ye Feng was surprised and asked, "Yes, I noticed it yesterday. Is it because I entered the Asura Sword world?" The old man nodded. "All spirit worlds are filled with spirit energy. When you enter a spirit world, your soul is the one who entered, and your soul subconsciously absorbed the spirit energy and refined it, which is why your cultivation increased.".
Ye Feng now understood how his cultivation advanced so quickly, but the old man continued, "A word of advice, child, try to enter and use the Asura sword world wisely for your benefit. Many saint kings wish they had the good fortune that you had; it will help your future cultivation tremendously.".
The old man then shined brightly and transformed into a white orb, and he disappeared from the headmaster's office.
After the old man disappeared, Chen took a book from his space ring and gave it to Ye Feng. "My teacher asked me to give you this sword art. It is called Azure Heart Sutra Sword Art; it will help you tremendously in the future. Don't disappoint me and my master, Ye Feng."
Ye Feng smiled gratefully to Chen. "I promise to not disappoint you both, headmaster, and thank you both for your support." He cupped his fist to Chen.
Chen nodded in satisfaction and waved his hand. "Good, you may leave now, Ye Feng. I will keep my eye on you from now on. Remember that." Ye Feng nodded and left the headmaster's office.
