"We know, o great one, that you are on a quest to finally vanquish this foul creature, something our beloved Archmage has thus far refused to allow or do. We possess information regarding its activities and last known whereabouts, and I believe you will find yourself surprised once we tell you."
Frowning, I sighed away another heavy chest before closing my eyes. My thoughts swirled inside my mind as scenes from both the past and present played within. Everything was just so overwhelming. Everyone and everything was out to get me, either seeking my demise or my help. Everything was for their own benefit.
