The place has now become a grave for so many people, that even the outside world doesn't know what happen that made them wonder how desperate the fight inside the place.

Hancock broke the silence, his voice edged with concern. "Sounds like they were under siege down here."

MacCready nodded grimly. "Must've been terrifying."

Sico folded the note and pocketed it, a silent acknowledgment of Ricky Braxton's ordeal. "Let's keep moving. We need to press on."

The team pressed on, the tunnel winding its way through the darkened depths of Mad Mulligan's Minecart Coaster. Each step echoed through the eerie silence, a stark reminder of the horrors they had encountered and the lives lost within these walls. Eventually, the tunnel began to incline upwards, hinting at their imminent exit.

As they continued, the faint glow of natural light began to filter through the passageway, growing stronger with each step. The tunnel finally opened up into a familiar area—the souvenir shop, now accessible through a chained door they had bypassed earlier. The circuit through the mine was complete.

"We're back in the souvenir shop," Robert noted, glancing around the familiar surroundings.

Sico moved towards the counter, where the terminal was located on the west wall. "Let's check that terminal. Might have some useful information."

The souvenir shop terminal, nestled behind the counter, blinked to life as Sico accessed it. The screen displayed various logs and records, mostly inventory lists and transaction histories. Amidst the mundane details, he found a few interesting entries about the coaster's maintenance schedules and reports of strange occurrences, possibly related to the bloodworm infestation.

"Got some notes here about maintenance and strange sightings," Sico reported. "Looks like the bloodworms might've been an issue for longer than we thought."

Hancock, meanwhile, inspected the short corridor adjacent to the counter, leading to an Expert-locked supply closet and a restroom. "MacCready, think you can handle this lock?"

MacCready stepped forward, his lockpicking tools at the ready. "Let's see what we can find."

With deft hands, MacCready worked the lock, the mechanism eventually yielding to his skill. The supply closet door creaked open, revealing a small cache of supplies—additional ammunition, a few more stimpaks, and some canned food.

"Looks like we've hit another jackpot," Hancock remarked, collecting the supplies.

Sico nodded in approval. "Good work. These supplies will definitely help us as we move forward."

With the souvenir shop thoroughly searched and the supplies gathered, the team took a moment to rest and regroup. The ordeal in the mine had taken its toll, but they were determined to press on and complete their mission.

"Let's finish up here and head back," Sico said, looking to his team. "We've got what we came for."

"We need you to stay here and guard this place," Sico commanded. "Make sure no one else gets hurt by those bloodworms."

The Protectrons acknowledged the order with mechanical precision, taking up positions around the entrance to the mine. Their steady presence offered a semblance of security to the otherwise desolate area.

"Goodbye, Protectrons," Hancock said, tipping his hat. "You've been a big help."

With the Pack's flag fluttering high above the central plaza, Sico turned to his team, a determined expression on his face.

"It's time to head back to Nuka-Town USA and report to Mason," Sico announced. "Let him know that Dry Rock Gulch is now officially Pack territory."

The team nodded, gathering their gear and setting off towards Nuka-Town USA. The journey back was swift, their path familiar and devoid of the bloodworms and other threats they had faced in Dry Rock Gulch.

As they approached the gates of Nuka-Town USA, the atmosphere buzzed with the usual chaotic energy of the Pack's stronghold. The Pack members milling about greeted them with nods and grins, eeted, a mix of curiosity and anticipation in his tone. "What news do you bring?"

Sico stepped forward, his voice strong and confident. "Dry Rock Gulch is now secured and under Pack control. The bloodworms have been eradicated, and we've raised our flag there. The territory is ours."

Mason's eyes gleamed with approval, a rare smile curving his lips. "Excellent work. This is a significant achievement for the Pack. Securing Dry Rock Gulch strengthens our hold over Nuka-World."

Hancock, Robert, and MacCready stood proudly beside Sico, their satisfaction evident. The successful mission had not only expanded their territory but also solidified their reputation within the Pack.

Sico noticed something else in Robert's hands—a tech module, similar to the ones they had found previously at the World of Refreshment and Dry Rock Gulch. "Where'd you get that?" Sico asked, pointing to the device.

Robert looked down at the module. "I found it while buying our supplies. A trader had it, said he found it in one of the old tech storage areas. I thought it might be useful, so I bought it."

Sico took the module from Robert, examining it closely. "Good call, Robert. This looks like the same kind of tech we found before. It might be part of something bigger. We should keep it safe and see if we can piece it together with the others later."

Hancock grinned. "Seems like we're piecing together a puzzle here."

MacCready nodded in agreement. "Yeah, and it might give us an edge."
