As the coronation came to an end Jonathan was surprised as he was lead to a large banquet hall. Bright warm torches adorned the hall illuminating the bountiful feast that layed on the banquet tables, platers of meat, large roasted Birds and hogs, red green yellow and blue fruit, bread loaves, and stews covered the tables.
The servants directed him to the high table which a had a large mahogany throne and all kinds of meats on the table. As he sat down others were taking their seats and talking. Jonathan sat at the large throne and started eating.
"Mmmh, this steak is absolutely delicious it's so soft and juicy, this is the best steak I've ever had!" John thought
As John eat a servant filled his cup with a shiny red wine.
"Hmm I wonder what the wine tastes like" thought John.
As John took a sip his mouth was filled with a sweet grape juice taste that tingled his mouth, as he swallowed it it warmed up his throat and stomach.
"Ooooo this is good wine, Wow, this food is wonderful I understand why all the medieval nobles were fat and gout afflicted."
Jingle, Jingle, Jingle
John's attention was brought to the man dressed in a red green jester suit. The man takes a few steps and jumps up and flips landing straight back onto his feet. He then starts juggling some balls. Two more jesters also pop up from behind him and start doing kart wheels. John enjoyed the show as he savored the flavor of the meat and wine.
The whole banquet hall was filled with excitement and laughter as people started to enjoy their meat and merriment.
Then some music began a group of men started playing very festive music on a lute, flute, and some drums.
"Oooooo, what's this blue fruit"
As John looked at the fruit he saw it had black little dimples almost like a dragon fruit.
"Hmmmm, maybe I should peel it"
John picked up his knife and cut in the fruit revealing a gray interior.
"Uhhhhh, this looks weird but I guess it must be good"
As John took a bite he was meet with a light Spiciness. As he slowly chewed on the fruit his whole mouth started to feel warm. This feeling happened to spread across his body making him feel stronger.
"Aha I see you are enjoying the mana fruit of Pageau"
John turned to see a man with blonde hair and bright blue eyes greet him. He had a large build and had a knightly aura.
"Ahh yes, it's quite energizing"
"Hmm interesting a mana fruit I wonder if it makes me stronger?" Thought John.
"Your majesty can your servant Nickolas take a seat next to you?"
"Oh yes you may"
"Aghhh I should have rejected I don't know how to do any small talk with him. I know nothing about this world."
"Your highness I am very sorry for your father's passing, he was a very great man and he loved you very much."
"Yes, yes, it's sad, but Nickolas father is in a better place now, I only hope now I can make him proud."
"Ahh yes your father is in the embrace of the Lord now."
"I better repeat Nickolas's name in my head so I can remember it he seems pretty important he's probably some sort of captain."
The celebration was going full force people started dancing in a circle and singing and celebrating.
"Hmmm, I wonder if I should join them. I don't know how to dance but maybe my body still retains some memories of its previous self."
As John was thinking this their was a loud smashing noise and the Doors swung open. The person who swung them open was a red headed woman with long hair and a suit of armor.
"JONATHAN BORS PELLAM WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS CELEBRATION!!!"
