As chaos ensued with the demons breaching the shattered barrier, a sudden calm settled over the battleground. A mystical energy enveloped the area, catching the attention of both the overwhelmed team and the triumphant demons.
In a dramatic entrance, Ogun, the god of iron and war, emerged alongside Ala, the goddess of the underworld. Ala, with a mischievous grin, summoned her divine powers, covering the entire barracks in a thick blanket of black smoke.
"Time for some divine intervention," Ala declared, her voice echoing through the smoke.
Within the obsidian shroud, the demons found themselves disoriented, unable to navigate the battlefield. The team, initially caught off guard by the sudden change, quickly realized that help had arrived.
Ragna, his eyes widening, lowered his axe, and Vamelion, with a relieved sigh, released the tension in her energy field. Amina, still in battle stance, observed the unfolding events with a mix of curiosity and gratitude.
As the smoke began to dissipate, Ala revealed herself, her eyes gleaming with an otherworldly light. "You all seem to be in quite the predicament. Mind if we join the party?"
"High gods, here!" Ragna exclaimed, a mixture of surprise and relief evident in his voice. "We could use a hand here."
Ogun, a towering figure with a formidable aura, stepped forward. His gaze focused on Zulu, who, despite the divine intervention, stood defiantly.
"You dare challenge the gods?" Ogun's voice resonated like thunder, sending shivers through the demonic horde.
Zulu, realizing the gravity of the situation, abandoned his aggressive stance. "god of Iron, we—"
Before Zulu could finish his plea, Ogun raised his mighty iron staff and swung it with a swift motion. The impact sent shockwaves through the demonic general, and with an otherworldly scream, Zulu disintegrated into ashes.
The sudden turn of events left the demons in disarray, their source of leadership obliterated. Ala, amused by the unfolding drama, dispersed the remaining smoke, revealing a battlefield cleansed of demonic presence.
"Consider this a lesson, demons. Cross into the realm of gods, and you face divine justice," Ala proclaimed with a hint of amusement.
Amina, approaching Sammy with a thankful smile, couldn't help but express her gratitude. "I guess we owe you one, Sammy."
Sammy, still recovering from the energy drain, managed a weak smile. "Divine interventions have their perks."
With the immediate threat neutralized, the team gathered to assess the situation. Ala and Ogun, their divine presence still lingering, observed the mortals with a mix of curiosity and amusement.
Ragna, addressing the gods, spoke with a sense of admiration. "We appreciate the timely assistance. What brings you here?"
Ogun, leaning on his iron staff, responded, "The balance of the realms must be maintained. Demons meddling with the human world disrupts that balance."
Ala, her eyes glinting mischievously, added, "Plus, it's always fun to put demons in their place."
As the gods exchanged glances, the team couldn't help but wonder what other divine surprises awaited them in their quest to protect the realms.
Astronia ran out expecting to see the team ready to escape, but what she did see was demons,a lot of demon bodies dead, at that moment she caught sight of Ogun and ala" is this how formidable just two gods are, dose that mean the demons have been fighting a useless battle since."
Two Angels could be seen flying down towards them, ala smiled and looked at the team, "well here comes our ride, Sammy you team is actually exceptional for you to hold out against a general, and kill all those demons, well in should have expected that from the god of jest himself." She laughed.
Sammy who was currently on ragna back smiled "well you shouldn't have come we had it all covered."
The Angels came down and after they were all prepared, the two Angels opened a Portal.
"Mission accomplished." Sammy thought right before passing out
