What the monster was fighting with from almost half of the battle were just mere clones of the gods brought to reality by Sammy. The trickster had been outwitted by a mere comedian.
Picking up Astronia's soul core from the ashes, Sammy looked at Thor. "What do you say we have a feast? I killed a demon general, after all."
Thor smiled, "I'll put in a word to Mum."
With a flash of lightning, the two gods vanished from the throne room, leaving behind the remnants of Astronia's illusions and a lingering laughter that echoed through the demonic corridors.
