"I have already sent an invitation for them to come to the palace the same day as my family so we can share the news at once. They will still be our child's grandparents and regardless of where your mother stands with me, I will not keep our child away from her. But a guard must be near when your mother is here," Hazel quickly added.
Hazel needed to see some more change in Tabitha before she could ever think of letting Tabitha be alone with her child.
"So, you do not trust her. We should just let them find out at the same time as the kingdom. She will only warm up to you because you are now carrying our heir," Tobias said, wanting to leave his mother where she was now.
"There will be many people warming up to me now that I am pregnant. It will get worse in the future if this child is a boy. I just don't want there to come a day when you find it unfair that we informed my family before the kingdom but did not do the same for your parents," Hazel explained.
