"How far do you intend to go to speak? I must get what I was sent for and go back to the queen- I mean Lady Tabitha," Jane corrected herself.
"So loyal. You don't see Hazel as the new queen. Many of us don't so you don't need to worry about correcting yourself. The queen will be pleased to hear what the doctor found out about Hazel in regards to her having a child," said Franklin.
Jane's eyes lit up as this was something good she could share with the queen. Was Franklin close to the doctor tending to Hazel?
"It's best you hear of it from the doctor's mouth as I don't know how to explain it. I can only count on Lady Tabitha to be the one to do something about it as the king pushes away any questions about his wife. I hope I can count on you to properly relay the message to her. Can I?" Franklin asked, placing his hand on the doorknob.
He would not enter until Jane agreed.
