The events that would come to transpire in the Green Wood after the departure of the Cardinal... of course, Uriel was yet to be declared a Cardinal at the time... soon changed the course of the druids that descended from the lineage of Lord Gallig Argeum.
It's quite hard to narrow down the exact details of what transpired, not for lack of information but for the opposite, there is an overwhelming surplus of information regarding the events.
Too many people have embellished the story by adding their own spins to the events which makes it difficult to navigate the truth, while simultaneously there are far too many biases concealed within the stories told by those on the two opposing sides of the split that formed.
Which makes the job of I, Toland, all the more difficult, I wish to present the truth in its cleanest form as is the duty of any historian, but it appears impossible to do it without some degree of error.
