As Lucan entered the stadium he called his pokemon
"Go Munchlax!! "

I was expecting too much from Lucan. There is no secret pokemon.
And this time also Gible healed himself to the top condition.
"Ok Munchlax start with Flamethrower!! "
As Munchlax started using flamethrower just spreading the fire and not allowing the gible who is started running towards it and as if not learning from his mistake it again went directly through the flames taking damage.
And the same thing happened before, it became vulnerable to one attack.
Lucan didn't miss this opportunity

As ice beam went and hit the Gible same seen happened as before as it froze again.
???? What the hell is happening is ice beam so common now they can just use it.
And what's with that Gibles bad luck wasn't the ice beam had only 10% chance of freezing pokemon.
As everyone was feeling like deja vu they all new a very strong attack is coming.
"Now Munchlax use Giga Impact!! "
As a purpulish whirl started appearing around the Munchlax the land arround it started vibrating showing how powerful the current state of Muchlax was and with high jump it started going towards the Gible with unimaginable speed.
As Munchlax collided with the frozen Gible, the Gible flew and crashed on the side lines of the stadium.
Giga Impact?? I am now really curious just what they are teaching at the school, giga impact is like a hyper beam even if the pokemon can learn the move it's very difficult to learn it so just showing this one move today was enough for Lucan to impress grandfather and others.
And as everyone was astonished seeing this move Munchlax went to the resting state gathering energy as the side effect of Giga impact and as it was recovering, Gible also recovered from frozen state and took his stance with serious expression.
This time there was a long silence as both pokemons stared at each other.
Now that first strategy worked but didn't end the battle what will he do. He also knows that he will not be able to stay away from the Gible and fighting headon with the Gible is just suicidal.

As I was trying to figure out which move Munchlax going to use , Muchlax raised his both hands up and started moving them like a Pendulum. And with the waves the tip of it's hands also started glowing.

And as if my guess being right as Gible almost reached the Munchlax, Munchlax suddenly started glowing with bright light, as this light blinded all the spectators a very big blast happened where Munchlax was standing.
The blast was so loud and powerful my ears became silent after the blast. There was a pin drop silence as all started observing the field without knowing what happened.
Did the Metronome Munchlax used became Explosion? That was ok move even if it used some other strong move it was pretty much gonna lose unless it really is a very strong move with ice type.
Well explosion came bad luck still has not left Gible.
After the dust was settled all could see the Munchlax fainted into the spot he was before and as everyone's eyes searched for Gible they found him , again crashed on the other side of the stadium but in some time it stood up again, it looked pretty exhausted but not on critical condition.
And as match was over Lucan took back the Munchlax.
"Good fight Munchlax I will surely treat you with double snacks today"
With this he returned to the seat.
Grandfather praised him also saying his Munchlax is the best Munchlax seen considering potential and future growth and will also like to fight with it when it became Snorlax.
Also I observed no one was surprised about the last move. Did they think it was explosion?.
Even if I have read many books regarding pokemon moves I have not seen Metronome move there so that Munchkax using it no one noticed.
As Lucan came back I asked him.

So he just didn't want to tell anyone it's ok even I also didn't want anyone to know if I was in his place.
After this match excitment grew again as all started thinking of using same strategy if they could defeat the Gible.
But after some matches it was clear that even if they knew the strategy there one hit was not enough to hurt the Gible and they still lost in two moves.
And as this all again started looking boaring...

Next participants name was announced and everyone again got excited for this match as it will show if anyone can win against the Gible as he was currently second strongest in the participants my 2nd Brother.
