*A few moments before*
"Arrrghhh!!!"
Ava gave out a powerful yell as she launched herself forward, in her hand, an ice cold blade that frozed the ground as she moved.
Hindra, who was standing a few distance away from her, slammed her palm together, twisting them against one another in a fine gesture which in turn caused the earth to react.
The ground erected, the pointy tips speeding towards Ava, as destruction was left in its trail.
But Ava didn't seem worried about it, with just a slash of her sword, she froze the erected earth, shattering it into pieces and then continuing her race towards Hindra.
"Tsk!" Hindra scoffed, covering her right hand with red energy, she stood her ground, waiting for Ava's attack.
Booom!
Ava sent her sword speeding towards Hindra, the ground imploding upon impact, a wide spread of debris blew, taking out everything that was near them.
Once the dust cleared, Ava's eyes widened a bit to see that her attack hadn't hit.
Instead, Hindra was still standing, her legs sinked to the ground from the force of the attack, but she was still holding the sword, halting it in its track above her head.
With a grin, Hindra uttered as she looked directly at Ava, "Impressive, did you perhaps get this strong just to kill me one day?" She asked.
Ava immediately leaped back, gathering her from again before placing her swords back into one of her slots.
She then pulled another sword, one that looked like something crafted by a dragon. Without uttering a single word, she took a fighting stance.
"Honestly."
Hindra uttered as she pulled her legs out of the ground one by one, a sigh leaving her mouth before she raised her gaze to meet Ava's.
"Even if I am a fallen god, and don't have my authority, it's still foolish to think you can beat me," She uttered,
"I still have divinity, and that's something magic can never meet, so stop this stupidity and give in already".
"Let's find out." Ava responded.
"Were you even listening to-"
Booooom!
Ava had propelled herself towards Hindra, her form also so close even Hindra couldn't believe it.
Slashhhh!
Ava's sword went past Hindra's neck, missing by only a hair's length.
With a quick back steps, Hindra was able to get some distance away from Ava,
'Did she get faster?' Hindra thought to herself, her hand rubbing her neck, checking if she by any chance got slit in the throat.
Feeling angered, she yelled as she raised her head,
"Damn you!!! Just want it the hell do you-" Her eyes widened when she noticed Ava was no longer in front of her.
'Where did she go?!' Hindra panicked, her eyes scanning left and right, trying to catch a glimpse of Ava, until she finally did, but it was already too late.
Before she could even act, Ava booted her in the face with both feets, and with a calm look she uttered,
"Leviton… consume my enemy."
Instantly, a huge surge of magic poured from the sword in her hands, while still in mid air, she raised the sword over her head.
Hindra, falling to the ground, opened her eyes only to see the power magic swirling around Ava's sword.
"A-"
Brrrrrrrrruuuuummmmmmm!!!
The energy crushed Hindra into the ground the moment Ava sent it falling down.
Buildings around them were blown to smithereens, the earth was gouged open and the ground sneered by the overwhelming magic that had just hit it.
Hindra's body was speeding through the ground, scraping it with her back while her hand was in front of her, damaged and broken since she had used it to defend herself.
Like a wrecking ball, she smashed into buildings, carts, even shops, the sound of people screaming mixed with the groans she made with every impact.
One of the buildings happened to be Magi Merch, the people who witnessed this were left screaming as the building came crumbling down and rocks from above began taking lives.
Suddenly, Hindra's arms healed and instantly, she did a flip, landing on her feet while they were still gliding on the earth's surface.
Just when she thought she could rethink her attack patterns and use the people around her as a meat shield, Ava showed up in front of her again.
With two swift slashes, both of Hindra's arms fell to the ground, blood sprayed out of the opening.
Hindra's painful groans were loud, but she couldn't let Ava damage her any more than she already did.
So she sent a right kick,
Slashed!
Left kick!
Slashed!
With no limbs to keep her standing, her body came falling only for Ava to grip her sword and plunge it into Hindra's heart.
Plllurggh!
Hindra's coughed out blood,
"Run!!!"
"Someone call the security!!!"
Sounds of customers echoed in the background while the two warriors stood in the midst of the cries in their battle.
"H-How?" Hindra managed to let out, blood slipping from the side of her mouth.
"Simple, you underestimate my resolve to kill you… and you spoke his name… never say his name." Ava spoke, pulling out her sword and watching as Hindra's body fell to the ground.
Hindra had her eyes widened in shock as she stared into Ava's eyes.
'No…way'
'Is this it? Is this really how it all ends?' Hindra muttered to herself.
'Over a thousand years and this is how it ends… what… What am I supposed to be doing?... Is there a mistake somewhere?!'
'How did she suddenly get so strong? She has my divinity, she shouldn't be able to use magic like that… all for one boy?.... One mare boy was all it took for her to bring my dreams crashing down?... One… one....'
Hindra's face sneered with anger,
"Don't fuck with me!!!!" She yelled, "Come to me, your master needs you…. Narukami!!!!".
Thud!
Hindra's back touched the ground and it came, the ground rumbling from its presence.
Ava leaped back, her eyes widened as she watched the beast crawl out of the ground right in front of Hindra, its arms spread apart so wide it covered half of the building.
The monster known as the Narukami had shown itself.
