Chapter 8 - Battle for the primal pearl 2

No one knew the true reason the princess was referred to as the devil's angel It wasn't because she was wicked; no, it was quite the opposite. The princess possessed the ability to summon creatures from hell, a power that her father kept hidden from her.

The princes made a few hand signals, and suddenly, dark, terrifying creatures rose from the ground.

When Aster saw this, he immediately picked up Alvana and said,You'll only be a distraction to us if you were here. I'm sorry, brother. Aster forcefully threw Alvana at the golden door.

Alvana tried to resist but discovered that he had been bound by a mysterious force.

"I love you, son," Elena said, wiping the tears from her eyes.

seem to be taking the princess's presence for granted, don't you? Then I'll send your son a parting gift. Princess stretched forth her hand toward the golden door, and a blue light flashed from her hands toward it.

"Nooooo!" Elena screamed as she and Aster rushed toward the princess and her armies, roaring in anger.

Aster breathed fire upon all the hidden guards, incinerating them instantly, while Elena charged at the princess, igniting some of the summoned creatures in the process.

The tension was palpable as Aster and Elena faced off against the princess. Holding her hand high, the princess called from the very shadows a terrible creature, its eyes aglow with unearthly light. The creature sprang at Aster—a terrible cluster of claws and teeth—who dodged the attack by flicking his tail. Meanwhile, Elena rained down upon the princess with fire. She countered this with a hail of shadow energy. Fire and shadow danced out in wild battle formation across the field, added to by the princess's summoned creatures. Aster and Elena fought well, but together they could just barely hold back the princess. In the end, it was the princess's own overconfidence that proved to be her undoing. Overconfident in her power, she exposed herself to a devastating counterattack from Aster and Elena, sending her flying and burning plenty of the summoned creatures. This pissed Elena so badly that she summoned her Trump card, a gigantic demorgogon.

The Demogorgon let out a deafening roar; his voice echoed across the night. It lunged at Elena, claws outstretched, intent on tearing her to shreds. Sensing the imminent danger, Elena dodged the attack, but the Demogorgon refused to relent in his pursuit of her.

In an instant, Aster saw her in danger and swooped down with his claws outstretched. He struck the Demogorgon with all his might. But the creature was incredibly strong; it merely brushed off the blow and turned its attention toward Aster.

Seeing Aster struggle, Elena realised she had to do something. She sprang forward, feigning an attack on the Demorgorgon to divert its attention toward her. Seizing the opportunity, Aster unleashed a torrent of flames directly into the creature's belly.

With a guttural roar, the Demogorgon's body began to dissolve into nothingness, its eyes—filled with feral fury—fixed on Aster. However, before it could retaliate, Elena hurled herself between them, enveloping the Demogorgon in her wings and shielding Aster from its wrath, thereby suffering a terrifying injury. and this weakened her. the creature, upon seeing this, exploded its outer armour and then bit unto elena's wing

aaargh!!. Elena screamed in pain as she fell to the ground. the demoorgon saw this as an opportunity and teleported to where elena would fall and struck its claw at the falling elena

aaargh!! Elena was pierced by the creature's claws and was slammed on a stone with sharp tips.

Noooooo!!! Aster roared and immediately rushed at the creature, disregarding his own safety; he had gone berserk.

The princess, who didn't involve herself in the battle, suddenly felt a shiver run down her spine.

Aster was staring at her with bloodlust in his eyes, and before she knew it,

"Die," Aster said coldly.

The princess felt as though her entire body was on the verge of bursting, and her face was becoming disfigured.

The Demogorgon, upon noticing that its master was in danger, quickly rushed toward Aster and attempted to tear him apart with its claws. However, as soon as it got too close to Aster, its claws burnt, and it swiftly retreated in pain.

Aster, who was akin to the god of death, didn't notice a shadow lurking in the darkness.

Aster lunged at the Demogorgon and slammed it hard onto the ground before tearing it in two with his claws.

then aster turned to look at the princess

"for my mother and brother, I'll make you suffer a fate worse than death

Aster charged toward the princess, but before he could get anywhere near her, he was propelled backward by an unseen force.

"That's enough; this fight is over."

Aster was resolute, but after recalling the force that had knocked him down, he began to calm down.

"quite the damage you did here," the woman said as she walked around.

"Who are you?" Aster asked.

The woman smiled at Aster. "Some call me light, some call me darkness, some call me life, and some call me antilife. Some refer to me as the universe, while others call me the void. But one thing you should know is that I AM UBIQUITOUS; I am like matter itself. I am Raelle, the Third.

Aster remained reluctant, yet he had no choice but to comply with this enigmatic figure for the time being. He could not discern her face, as it was shrouded in mist, adding to the air of mystery surrounding her.

"Mrs. Elena, how long has it been? You haven't changed much at all.

"How do you know her?"

I told you, didn't I? I am everywhere. Raelle touched Elena and vanished with her.

Aster wanted to chase, but Raelle left a message.

"Don't try to chase me, as I am everywhere. Your mother will be alright, so there's no need to worry. You will naturally see your mother when you and your brother are strong enough. As for that lady, leave her be and enter the golden door; do not harm her, as she has already been punished enough. Lastly, try not to miss me too much."

Aster reverted to his human form. He gazed at the sky and at the disfigured princess lying unconscious on the ground. With a sigh, he moved toward the princess and placed a drop of his blood in her mouth to heal her.

"I should have killed you, but Mother begged for your life at that moment. I hope you live a better life from now on.

Aster closed his eyes for a moment before stepping through the golden door into a new life and a better place. I hope I find you, brother; I truly hope I do.
