COURTNEY'S POV
I got to the next door, cut the ropes that held it up, and watched it fall to the concrete floor. The knights who were trying to exit the building bewilderedly looked at me. As a princess, they couldn't challenge my actions and they weren't aware of Viktor's order to have me imprisoned. So they couldn't touch me.
I then went to the next door and did the same thing again. I anxiously hoped Viktor would be stopped tonight. I didn't want the events of the coup on the mountain to repeat themselves. Once I was done and all doors were closed, I ran to safety away from the knights. I was out of breath and tired from all the running, but Aldric had given me good stamina training.
