"Courtney, you've just said that the book you read didn't mention anything about this room, meaning there are things about Viktor that you don't know. Because we're relying heavily on you and your foresight, there's a cause for concern if you don't know something," Griffith pointed out to me.
"You know how dangerous and cunning Viktor is, we can't go on with this coup without at least trying to understand what we're dealing with," Griffith went on. He was trying to convince me to sneak into Viktor's secret room.
A troubled expression formed on my face. I began to doubt myself as I considered his words. I hadn't thought about it before but now that he mentioned it, why wasn't the room mentioned in the book I'd read?
