By listening to everything so far, Asher drew a conclusion: things were not yet at their worst.
He could foresee worse, and it was surely going to happen. He remembered what Scax had told him about Armageddon and the Legion.
He had yet to grasp the magnitude of his own universe, yet there were other ones filled with powerful beings, and one of those beings was his father, who ate worlds and reality.
Asher ended the call with his father, leaned his head back, and tried to rest.
"You shouldn't let it bother you," he heard Elsa's voice in his head.
"I know, but it is too much for me to handle. A lot of shit has happened, and my mental state gets worse every day," Asher said.
"Still, you can't lose your head, not yet and not ever. Remember, you said you must exact vengeance on those at the top, so no matter how high that top is, we will get there, and I'll be right there by your side," Elsa encouraged.
