To Asher, the rift monsters had presented to him a brand new world filled with opportunity. Growing had been hard because he had to cultivate through it, but now with the rift monsters, he could jump that step by devouring their core.
Then again, it wasn't all that easy, those monsters were feared. They had a danger rating only second to Scarlax, and that basically made them the biggest force due to their number.
'So, chaos variants and rift monsters, if I keep devouring those two, I'll make it to sagehood in no time. The risk of constant battles is high, but I have to do that to grow.'
As he was thinking, Terron walked into the study, Asher noticed him, he turned to look at him.
"Your team is here, all of them," Terron said.
Asher nodded, he closed the book unhurriedly, he got up, and walked to his father. "Lead the way." He said.
