Asher lay on his bed, his eyes trained on the ceiling. Elsa hadn't come back since he got back from his date with Lily, it was now dark our and he was worried. He had a splendid time on his date, but it kept feeling like something was missing, though he didn't let it disturb their fun.
"Why are you looking like that?" Elsa suddenly appeared in the room.
Asher looked at her, then closed his eyes to sleep.
Elsa became confused, "what's wrong Asher?"
Asher didn't open his eyes, he simply spoke. "Well, I was awake because I didn't see you, I was worried. Now that you are back, I can rest."
Elsa looked at Asher, she simply smiling when she heard his response. "You aren't tired Asher, you are a grand mage, you can go weeks without sleep." She said.
"What are you getting at?" He asked, opening one eye, he looked at her.
"I can tell you enjoyed your date, but you seem angry that I wasn't there." She said.
