The figure finally appeared, revealing a pale skinned man with red glowing eyes, dark waist length hair and an ankle length black robes.
Asher had planned to get the jump on this demon, but who would have thought that the demon had planned to do same and was quicker in his execution. The demon stretched out his hands and a blood like substance formed and shot towards Asher.
Asher couldn't use lightning veil to block, he would have to use his strength. He wasn't sure what was the power of that orb, so he decided to be cautious. He transformed his arms reinforce his strength, then he used the flat side of his sword to swing like a bat. He hit the orb, but it exploded immediately throwing him a few meters back, landing badly on the ground.
