Chapter 1 - Chapter One: Rising Star

Sleep was a refuge, a place where I could momentarily elude the pain that threatened to consume me. The sensation of weightlessness that comes with, the absence of pain, and the suspension of heartache—snap, and it ceases to exist. Sleep is the only solace left to me. In my dreams, however fleeting, offered a reprieve from regrets that haunted my waking hours.

Yet, in the depths of my sleep, there were no guarantees of peace. Some nights, my dreams were a chaotic tangle of memories and regrets, a relentless playback of the choices that had led me to this point. Other nights, I find solace in the illusion of happiness, a fleeting glimpse of the life I had once envisioned with David. On nights like this, I choose to seek refuge in the embrace of my bed and let myself drift into the arms of sleep. Now, I replace reality with eigengrau.

As the digital alarm clock mercilessly tickled into a new day, a cacophonous beeping erupted, disrupting the silence of the room. I, tangled in a web of dreams, stirred restlessly beneath my duvet, the soft fabric hugging my frame.

With a grumble of annoyance, my hand fumbled in the darkness, searching for the source of the sound. My fingers finally connected with the alarm clock, and I hit the off button, silencing the insistent beeping. The room was plunged into silence once more. The once dim glow emanating from the LED number, 06:00, of the alarm clock on the bedside table, casting an ethereal blue hue over the room was obliterated.

I took a deep breath, my chest rising and falling in the slow rhythm of the newly awakened. A yawn escaped my lips, a silent proclamation of sleep still clinging unto me. I arched my back in a languid stretch, the warmth of my cocoon–like bed reluctant to release its hold.

"Today will be great". I said with a mirthful face.

I threw back the duvet, the fabric cascading like a waterfall to reveal my tousled hair. My feet found the plush carpet beneath, and with a slow, deliberate motion, I swung my legs over the side of the bed and headed toward the bathroom door.

The bathroom door creaked open before I approached it.

"Hey! Better be quick in there, Babe. You don't wanna be late". My boyfriend, David, said in his deep masculine voice.

"Why don't you make me late? We can bathe together while having fun. What do you say?" I whispered into his ears while biting my lower lip.

"Oh! Breakfast. That sounds romantic". He drawled.

Amid the coziness of our shared moments, David's strong arms enveloped me in a loving embrace. With a playful glint in his eyes and a mischievous grin, he gently lifted me off my feet. My laughter bubbled forth, filling the room with an expression of pure delight. With my feet dangling in the air as he moved, we entered into the bathroom.

He dropped me down slowly. Our eyes locked. Sparks of desire flicked in the depths of our souls. With a slow, deliberate approach, he cradled my face gently in his hands. The caress of his thumb traced the contours of my cheeks, the touch as tender as a whispered promise. My breath caught, and my lips parted slightly in anticipation. Our connection surged like a crescendo in a timeless symphony, and then, as if guided by an unseen conductor, our mouths met in a rapturous kiss. It began with a soft, exploratory graze of lips, a delicate meeting of our souls that sent shivers coursing through our bodies.

As seconds melted into minutes, our kissing deepened. Our hearts ignited. He slowly took off my nightgown and untied his towel. His once hidden dïck was now vertically stiff. I became sëxually aroused and kissed back aggressively.

He lifted me quickly and pinned me against the wall. I held his head with my both hands and crashed my lips against his.

With our tongues fighting for dominance in each other mouths, I felt his erected cøck pressing against my wēt pūssy.

"Mmm!" I mumbled.

He reached out for the shower and turned it on. The sound of cascading water filled the bathroom, a frâgile play that seemed to dance in harmony with our presence. He stroked me ruthlessly while I moaned wildly.

While we were enjoying our moment, I heard a faint knock echo through the bathroom. My heart skipped a bit as my sister's voice called from my bedroom.

"Are you ready? We don't wanna be late for the audition!"

I knew I was blessed with something that set me apart from the rest—a sister like no other. Lisa, my older sister, was not only my confidante and best friend but also my unwavering pillar of support.

Lisa's love for me knew no bounds. She had always believed in my extraordinary talent and was determined to help me achieve the success I deserved.

Every morning, She would scour the industry news, looking for casting calls and potential opportunities. She would excitedly present them to me, her eyes gleaming with optimism. Her endless encouragement was a soothing balm for my spirit, especially on days when rejection stung the most.

However, Lisa's support extended beyond the professional realm. She was the loving presence at every play, the ear that listened to my triumphs and setbacks, and the warm embrace that offered comfort when the world seemed cold.

Often, I will say, 'Lisa is the anchor that kept me grounded amid the whirlwind of fame'. Our sisterly bond was unbreakable.

"Give me five minutes, Lisa, I will be out soon". I exclaimed from the bathroom.

I and David had stopped our sex bath and we both made our way to the entrance of the door with our towels tied around our waists.

"Oh! I see". Lisa said on seeing David.

I stared at her, smiling stylishly to myself.

"Good morning, Lisa. I will be preparing in the closet. I will see you ladies outside". David said leaving.

She didn't respond to his greetings. She only mimicked what he said and hissed.

The steam of the hot shower still clings to me like a comforting embrace. Water droplets glisten on my skin like jewels, and my auburn hair cascades in damp rivulets down my back.

"Time is ticking, Alex. You have a big day ahead! You better get a move on with your dressing and make-up", Lisa chimed, her voice brimming with sisterly enthusiasm.

My moment with David in the bathroom was instantly shattered. I shot my sister with a look that conveyed a mix of annoyance and fond exasperation.

"You couldn't have waited just a few more minutes?"

"To be fucked? Sorry, sis, but time waits for no one. Most especially, in Hollywood. Break a leg!" Lisa chuckled and winked, retreating from the room.

I rolled my eyes but couldn't help but smile at my sister's infectious energy.
