Cassian made his way to his father's room followed by the maid who had informed him. They passed by other servants of his family and then reached his father's room and he knocked on the door a few times and waited.
"Enter." A man's voice said from the other side.
Cassian entered the room and found his father Geard sitting in his chair that is in front of his chair as his father looked at him. Cassian's father looks like him but with a change of green eyes. He had inherited his hair and face from his father while he got his eyes from his mother.
"I brought Master Cassian Lord." The maid who had come to fetch Cassian said to his father.
"Leave us." Geard said to the maid who had came with his son.
The maid did as she was told as she walked out of the room and closed the door leaving the father and son in the room.
"Why did you summon me father?" Cassian asked him seriously.
"I have summoned you here because I want to inform you about an arrangement I had made a few days ago." Geard said to him seriously.
"What kind of arrangement?" Cassian asked him with a raised eyebrow.
"You have been engaged to the second daughter of Argan Arundell, the head of the house of Arundell who holds the rank of Viscount." Geard said to him seriously.
Cassian's eye's widened when he heard that as he wasn't expecting something like that.
"But, why so suddenly?" Cassian asked his father.
"It's to create connections between our houses. We are just Baron's in the kingdom, the lowest of the noble hierarchy. To rise in ranks we must make more connections and this is a perfect moment for that." Geard said to him seriously.
"But why me? Couldn't you have done the same with Alicia?" Cassian asked him.
"Do not be a fool. Alicia is a beautiful girl and I'm sure that she would catch the eyes of a child from one of the higher houses. I am not going to marry her to a house of lower rank." Geard said to him seriously.
'So he is using me for a political marriage to increase the strength of our house. And he also plans to do the same with Alicia as well. Then again, political marriages weren't that uncommon among nobility I guess.' Cassian thought to himself as he looked at his father.
"I don't want you to create any problems for this family. Is that understood?" Geard said to him sharply.
'He only sees me as a means to get to a higher position in the kingdom. Nothing more, nothing less. A tool to use for his own advantage.' Cassian thought to himself as he looked at his father.
"I asked you something. Is that understood?" Geard asked him as he narrowed his eyes.
"Yes father. I won't do anything that might cause trouble for our family." Cassian said with a nod and serious face.
"Good. Now that that's done, leave. I have other matters to attend to." Geard said as Cassian nodded to him.
After Cassian was out of the room he closed the door and sighed at his father's attitude. Then he walked away from the place as he didn't want to spend anymore time there as he thought about what to do.
'I'll just go through the shop again and try to find any skills or other items that would be beneficial for me.' Cassian thought to himself as he made it to his room without any problems and plopped down on his coach.
He then opened the shop again and started to scroll through the many things that he could find in there. As he was going through it he stopped scrolling a skill caught his attention.

'Now this I have to get.' Cassian thought to himself as he saw the skill.
He quickly bought the skill, leaving him with 1500 GP left. Though he wasn't displeased with it as I allowed him to be able to store many things in it which will help him greatly.
"I should try to use it and get familiar with it." Cassian said to himself as he looked at the book on his desk.
He then took it and started to train on using the new skill by making the book go to his pocket dimension and bringing it back to reality again and again until he was familiar with it. It took him half an hour to get used to it as he smiled at the useful skill that he got.
"Right. Now that that's done, I now only have 1500 GP left with me now. I could maybe just use it now but there might be more skills that I can buy here." Cassian said to himself as he thought about it.
He looked at his GP and decided to not use them right away. He then pulled up his status and saw the same thing except with the new skill in the skills slot.
'My [Unveiling Eyes] are also working pretty good as well. I could see the status of the maids in my house and they weren't much. They don't even have much physical abilities compared to mine.' Cassian thought to himself as he looked at himself in the mirror.
He then activated the skill again though there wasn't any noticeable change in his eyes and it looked normal as he could see his own status due to it.
'So my eyes are normal even when I use it. That's good to know. Now, how do I gain more Greed Points?' Cassian thought to himself as he thought about it.
He then remembered the many maids that is in his mansion and he knows that his father doesn't mind what he does to them as a thought came to his mind.
'Maybe fucking all of them would be good. I mean, going after all the girls in my own mansion is kind of greedy isn't it?' Cassian thought to himself as he smiled to himself.
He also remembered the small village near his family mansion but he decided to think about it after he was done here and has gotten some Greed Points for himself.
'Well, I guess the time for me to go after the kills has come.' Cassian thought to himself with a smirk as he thought about what he would do with the women.
