Oldrich visited Sonya to try and talk her into forgiving Louise, but Sonya refused, still insisting that Louise apologize for hurting Johann. Oldrich knew he couldn't force Louise to do as Sonya wanted, so he had to give up.
They would reconcile when they wanted to. His priority was making sure someone wasn't pulling wool under his eyes. A maid had poisoned him, and it had made him more cautious of what he ate or drank.
