He created 4 radios ,One he would keep for himself while the others he was going to give it to Mia,June and Noah who would test the product out ,After he was done creating the radios he completed the the blueprint and stored into in his inventory,after that he entered his inner world and set up the Arcane Radio Factory,Which would automatically create the radios according to the blueprints and transfer it to his inventory,After setting everything up he spent some time with the golems before He heading back to the castle as it was time for Rosalía and the others to return.
Rosé sat in his office and sipped his Tea while going through the documents relating to the bridge ,He was allocating the budget for the construction and supplies of the New bridge,which had come down to a 1Million platinum Rose coins along ,While 3 million platinum Rose coins were allocated for the reconstruction of the other bridge.After he was done dealing with the documents,He looked at Noah and spoke "Once's mom is here gather everyone in the office",he bows and says "Yes Your Majesty".

They head to the dining hall and had lunch before heading to his office,In the office ,They told him about the monsters they encountered on each floor ,On the 27 th floor the encounterd a mass of five thousand Mutant Behemoth cyclops ,They had giant bodies that were over 1500ft tall ,The outer bodies were extremely hard and bulky,They had weapons and even a ruler,They were all between the Rank C-SS,Unlike the previous monsters they seemed to have really high intelligence,They tried to ambush us at night ,used traps,It was a shocking experience ,We were lucky that there were Not Rank SSS monsters like on the previous floors or else it would have been really difficult to deal with them,Rosé explained that it was a coincidence that they managed to rank up to that rank by consuming the energy cores of their own people,To which they agreed.
Rosalia spoke "The corpses of those monsters will be really useful",He nods and says "I've already deployed the knights,They will take care of it",They continue with the story ,On the 28th and 29th floor they encountered a mixture of all the Apocalyptic monsters and normal creatures they had faced till now,The last two floors were easy to deal but the number of monsters were immense, there were over 50,000 monsters on the two floors combined".
He nods and says "Thank you for the hard work, You'll should rest for some time ,We can meet again in the evening,I have something to show you'll",They all nod and give him a kiss before heading out .He sat back on his chair lost in thought "Hmm they seem to be able to gain Intelligence ,Things are turning interesting".While he was in thought Omni spoke "Master the 30th energy circle is about to be formed,Do you wish to advance?",he replied "No,if I advance I am not sure if the people around me will be able to handle my aura,Delay the creation of the circle and show me my status panel ",She responds "Understood master".

The pup were growing incredibly fast and we're already 1 feet tall when the were on all Four legs,All of them rushed towards him and started licking him all over,They were so adorable that he could never get enough of playing with them,he lay on the couch and played with them till they got tired and fell asleep,he cuddled up with them and took a warm and comforting nap completely forgetting about what he was doing before.

Sophia,Mazie,Rosaana,Lucifer and Diablo in the room,He spoke "Since everyone is here let me show you the thing I created",He took out two radios from his inventory,He handed one to Noah and said "Noah infuse your energy into it and then go as far away you can ,Once you are far away infuse some energy into the device and take my name and speak",He nods and says "Understood your majesty",and disappeared from the room ,Rosé put the radio on the table ,everyone looked at his confused so he explained the details of the Arcane radio.
