In just a short while, the Great Sun Buddha has depleted the merits he had accumulated over many years. The loss was not insignificant.
Even with the Great Sun Buddha's state of mind, he couldn't help but twitch his lips in pain at this moment.
However, the cost was not wasted. The Great Sun Buddha opened his mouth and swallowed the residual resentment and negative karma.
Such little resentment and karma would not harm him, he could obliterate it with just a bit of time.
After doing all this, a thought moved within the Great Sun Buddha, and a dazzling golden light appeared around him, shrouding him like a small sun.
However, different from before, the previous golden light was the light of merit, and now, the golden light is the light of the Sun God. Although they're both equally dazzling, there is a fundamental difference between them.
