Primordial Heavenly Sovereign spoke simply, but he also knew that creating a new path was extremely difficult, something many Great Divine Transcendents were unable to achieve.
Therefore, his purpose in saying this was merely to dispel Jiang Ziya's obsession, to prevent him from being too fixated.
