This was a regulation limit that Yan Fei could not change; hence, he had to focus on the Universal Space. As long as the weapons and ammunition stored in the Universal Space were sufficient, combined with the stealth capabilities of the Drone Avatar, he could essentially act as a bomber with a terrifying payload, obliterating his targets with carpet bombing.
However, Yan Fei's Drone Avatar was currently on the United States mainland, very far from Dream Island, and he did not plan to have the Drone Avatar return to Dream Island in the short term; thus, he could not resupply ammunition from Dream Island's Warehouse. His only choice was to improvise and solve the source of weapons and ammunition locally.
