After taking down the eerily powerful Professor Gale, Yan Fei's resolve had strengthened even more as he continued to sprint forward on the desolate land. Originally, Yan Fei's destination was the massive peak reaching as high as 20,000 meters on the distant horizon, but he was later lured off course by Gale. However, after dealing with the bother Gale had caused, Yan Fei returned to the correct path, once again heading toward his intended destination.
Since entering the mysterious Light Portal, Yan Fei had been separated from Captain China and Gu Xiaolan. Yan Fei had traveled such a long distance in this strange space but hadn't found any trace of Captain China or Gu Xiaolan, nor had he encountered any of those God-Level Experts. To find his companions, Yan Fei had to aim for the summit of the mountain ahead, not only because it was high, with a far view, but also because it was a very obvious target that everyone would instinctively converge upon.
