According to their experience, humans with an amount of Dragon Blood in their bodies beyond a certain limit would no longer see themselves as human; humans would appear to them as nothing more than ordinary wild beasts.
However, this fellow indeed did not regard ordinary people as beings like himself, but neither did he treat them as ants that could be casually crushed underfoot—this much was evident from his behavior of continuously gathering beautiful members of the opposite sex through the instincts of his lower half.
This individual, whose body contained a severely excessive amount of Dragon Blood, viewed himself as a being superior and more perfect than ordinary humans. While this status wasn't incorrect, he was entirely different from typical Dragonkin.
