How many laws does it take to construct a world? Only the ruler of a world can know this, and even then, it's the kind of ruler who has controlled the world for hundreds of thousands of years that would truly understand.
But one thing is certain, even the weakest of worlds is built on laws that number in the tens of thousands, an amount so terrifying that not even the gods, who have achieved eternal life through the power of a world, dare to imagine it.
Yet, this is the very challenge that every Epic who wishes to ascend to the second realm must confront. Pseudo-realm, as the name suggests, requires every Epic to refine their controlled semi-plane to the level of a full-fledged world in order to advance to the second realm.
This process is impossible for any Epic to complete alone; they must continuously observe and study the laws of one or multiple worlds in order to construct the laws of their own world.
