A group of girls were still all giggles in front of the dormitory building, but they quieted down as they moved a little farther away.
Only those two girls, who claimed they wanted to be the vanguard and the scout, were still walking in front. One of them went ahead to the school's medical room, took a quick peek inside, and then whizzed back: "All clear now, let's hurry and go! There's no one in the medical room anymore."
Upon hearing the news, the other girls were somewhat puzzled. After some thought, one of them voiced what everyone was thinking: "Guess the injured one already got patched up and left, or maybe got transferred to a bigger hospital? Our school medical room can only handle things like coughs and fevers, and respond to emergencies. If it's a serious injury, it's probably beyond their abilities... "
"Who cares where they went!" Another girl interjected. "As long as they're not in our way here, it's fine. Let's go, we have a dinner to go to!"
