The key is that they were able to have the city bureau personally supervise the case after their heavy-handed approach, bringing those who bullied and domineered around the city to justice, this is truly awesome!
News of this might not have spread widely outside, but how could the insiders in this room not know about it? If they really hadn't heard, it would only suggest that they were out of the loop, unfit for this line of work, and they should go home and rest!
