Guan Shi is one of the young men from Guan Village, and these five young men all came from the same village. It's inevitable that they're related. Another young man was Guan Shi's cousin. Heizi was referring to these two when he mentioned his cousins.
Not having time to ask about the specifics, Yan Fei simply asked: "Has someone gone to get Xiao Shi and the rest?"
After seeing Heizi nod, he then asked: "What sort of poison did they ingest? What is their condition now?"
