After a brief pause in the forest, finding nothing particularly noteworthy, Yan Fei continued to fly forward.
Even the sight of fresh bones along the way no longer excited him – there were just too many. A single bone used to be a precious find from a Pterosaur's nest, but now they were everywhere, easily spotted with a casual glance.
As he flew, he lost track of the direction he was supposed to be heading towards. Thankfully, there was the sun, or he would have been completely lost.
When he came across particularly tall peaks, gigantic trees, broad rivers, or distinct landscapes, he would make a note of the coordinates, making it easier to revisit them in the future.
Then something happened that left him kicking himself in regret.
When he saw a line of blue in the distance, he initially thought it was a river. However, after flying a bit further, he realized that it was actually the sea and the blue line he had seen was a strait.
