Yan Fei had only taken a few steps before he doubled back, calling out to Heizi, "You head over to the greenhouse after supper tonight! I'm planning to go out later this afternoon and will probably get back in a day or two."
Heizi nodded in agreement, knowing without needing to ask that Boss Yan was going to visit his wife again.
Just as Yan Fei was about to leave after giving his instructions, Gao Rui brushed past, carefully asking Yan Fei, "Boss Yan, can I take a leave for some personal matters? Don't worry, I'm not planning to run away, I have nowhere else to go for meals. I'll only be gone overnight, leaving tonight and returning tomorrow morning."
Before Yan Fei had decided on his response, Heizi's sarcastic comment gave Gao Rui away, "Going out to run an errand at night? That can't be good. What if you end up in jail? Where would Brother Fei go to find you?"
