"Do you have a festival these past few days?" Seeing the fireworks soaring into the sky from afar, Lina grabbed a nearby elf guard and asked, "Or is there some important event? Otherwise, why would there be fireworks?"
"A festival? No," the elf guard replied, momentarily stunned and puzzled. "As for the fireworks, we set them off whenever we feel like it."
"Elves are very whimsical creatures; they do whatever comes to mind," Pannis said with an apologetic smile to the guard, pulling Lina back by tugging at the deer's antlers and explaining in a low voice, "They aren't like humans who need to find the right time and reason before doing something. They simply follow their hearts whenever and wherever, of course, with the premise that it doesn't adversely affect others, at least not too much."
