This man was the brother of the former king who, although he chose not to ascend to the throne, had through his own efforts cultivated the family's secret method to a high level. He was now a tier six powerhouse of the empire and a cornerstone of its strength.
Of course, the existence of this strong figure was known by only a few within and outside the empire; it was a foundation of the empire.
