Apart from the branch of the armed forces buildings, some other detailed structures also received upgrades. It's just that my own civil structures are all third tier, and to this day not a single one has reached the fourth tier.
One reason is that I haven't made a substantial investment, and on another note, it also shows that these civil buildings really have a hard time advancing to the fourth tier. The higher-level the civil building, the harder it is to construct. Du You has yet to find a fourth-tier or above civil building blueprint in the market.
Sand Snake Pit (Tier 4):
Temporarily summons level 23 Sand Snakes, quantity 3000, and level 37 Double-headed Sand Snakes, quantity 300 when the territory is under attack. The Sand Snakes exist for 24 hours with a cooldown time of 24 hours.
