In other words, if a person, who is at level one and wielding a level one weapon, were to attack the wearer. If they don't have any special skill effects, then their attack would be rendered ineffective.
The sharpness of my Brave Warrior's sword is at 6, so if I were to attack myself, it would be similar to attacking with a weapon of sharpness level 5. This is because one total level of the attack is neutralized.
However, this item is white-rated, which means it weakens in effectiveness against bright white weapons. Nonetheless, the Emperor Crocodile Belt is still an impressive defense equipment amongst Awakeners. This is not standard defense gear, it's a type of defense attached to the belt.
