Qian Cangyi followed behind the curly-haired woman, holding an umbrella.
Amidst the panicked crowd, they seemed just like movie spectators, unaffected by anything. It was as if everything had nothing to do with them, and they kept walking until they reached a gloomy alley.
"Why did you bring him?"
A slightly irritated voice reached Qian Cangyi's ears.
In the alley stood a man and a woman. The man was extraordinarily handsome, and the woman had a pair of captivating big eyes.
"Oh, it's you guys?" Qian Cangyi greeted with a smile, sounding as if he was familiar with the three of them.
"You get angry too easily, don't you? We just ran into each other on the road, so I brought him along. Do you think I intentionally went to find him?" The curly-haired woman patted Qian Cangyi's shoulder, "Don't you think so?" She turned her head to ask him.
"Indeed, it is." Qian Cangyi nodded.
The rainwater flowed down the rim of the umbrella, appearing like a curtain of water.
