From within a gigantic manor in Duanmu City, shouts of battle echoed.
The grand manor encompassed a street hundreds of feet long. The formidable and intimidating beast statues that had once stood proudly before its gates were now shattered and sprawling on the ground. A dozen warriors huddled helplessly in front of the gates. Their once vibrant auras dulled to a feeble whisper. Their martial abilities were entirely crushed.
The towering stone gate that stood thirty feet tall, with four linked openings, had disintegrated entirely. The stone plaque with the two characters "Iron Hoof" etched on it had fallen to the ground.
Half an hour later, Xiao Chen emerged from the manor. His expression was as indifferent as ever, leaving behind a scene of utter devastation.
