"True enough," Monkey nodded, isn't that right? At least everyone should get acquainted first, he didn't even know their names yet.
Then, Monkey casually strolled over to one of the fighters, smiling and saying, "Hello."
The fighter turned to look at Monkey, his face emotionless as always as he replied, "Hello, may I help you?"
Despite the courtesy in the fighter's words, Monkey could still sense the underlying 'stay away from me' attitude. It was clear the fighter didn't want to be bothered.
"I want to befriend you, and also spar with you," Monkey declared, unfazed by the fighter's dismissive tone. It's typical for strong warriors to be a bit short-tempered, and he was no different. He treated people who were of no significance to him the same way.
Monkey thought the fighter would agree, but instead he responded, "Sorry, not interested."
