Although they were tailing the convoy,
they hadn't planned on doing anything on the road.
That would be crazy, considering these people had two African police cars escorting them. No matter what, they couldn't make a move while they were around, otherwise it would be like slapping the other party's face. They would never do such a thing.
But these African police won't be protecting them all the time.
As long as they figured out their address,
they could still make a small fortune.
They had done this kind of thing many times, especially with foreigners, particularly Chinese, whose mindset of averting disaster with money was deeply ingrained. Each visit usually resulted in a decent haul, and they tended to be quite generous.
