After a month of approval process, the charity foundation named 'Huaxia Little Angel' had completed all necessary formalities and was officially established. Even the headquarters of the foundation was given rent-free by the state. Although it wasn't luxurious, being merely a three-storey main building and a two-storey annex with a big yard, the décor was rather dated. But since it was a charity foundation, and not a show of wealth, there was no need for lavish decorations or a prime location.
This month, the approval process had been expedited.
Meanwhile, the Command Room had also completed the recruitment for the headquarters and all provincial branches and selected the office sites. As it was a charity foundation, the local governments of each provincial capital provided office spaces for free.
