The workers on the site also started their operation, as a worker outside turned on the water pump to fill the hole that houses the servers with water.
There's no choice, the site did not connect to the city's water supply network, but used groundwater instead.
Due to the enormous volume of the "water storage tank", and insufficient water supplying capacity of the water pump, it took almost all night to fill up just half. This was due to the exceptionally large base of the servers, if they were to fill it entirely, it would take at least two more nights, as water would also be needed for construction work during the day.
In fact, Tang Qing had considered directly pouring concrete over the servers, but thought better of it. To treat a high-tech device this way was too brutal. Water would be more gentle.
