The second semester of senior year started.
Tang Qing stood at the school gate.
Seeing his classmates after a gap of more than half a month, Tang Qing felt a sense of warmth and longing. This year, many things happened that shouldn't have happened at his age. He shot a gun for the first time, killed a person for the first time, dealt with gangs and bullies, attended various banquets, invested in companies, and so on. Reflecting upon these experiences didn't bring him joy but rather a feeling of confusion. Perhaps growing up isn't always a good thing. He'd rather carry his school bag every day, go to school, attend classes, and daydream in his free time.
Now, as he suddenly re-entered the relatively innocent campus, far from battles and business, without having to scheme against others or worry about personal interests, doing simple things, school seemed really good. All he needed to do was simply be a good student.
