While those forces might choose to yield here in Zhou Tian's case, it does not mean they would do so elsewhere. At the very least, given their strength, they lacked the power to make those Deities wary.
Therefore, it was almost certain that once those Deities conceived the idea of consolidating those forces, they would accomplish this task through force if necessary. And while they had no means against Zhou Tian, dealing with Monsters not within the Human Emperor Realm was different. Even if it meant destroying some of the environment, as long as they could Kill their Targets, they would have achieved their purpose.
And one could imagine that once those Deities truly initiated their attacks on those neutral forces, considering the power of those forces, how could they resist their Invasion? Thus, once targeted by the Deities, it was destined that these forces would not fare well.
