In regards to the alliance, the monsters indeed have more advantages than humans.
The human alliance, afraid of being stabbed in the back by their allies at any given time, would not easily hand over power. Even if they relinquish power, because of the change in leadership, the foot soldiers below would always have some difficulty adapting, and during actual combat, it would be difficult to fully utilize their combat power.
Moreover, the enemy of the alliance can often easily incite rebellion among the members of the opposing side's alliance with decent tactics. If rebellion occurs within an alliance, it can be considered a fatal threat to the allied army.
The factors that can threaten the human alliance, however, are completely non-existent on the monster side at present.
